Apply principles of surveying, mapping, planning, and layout to execute, supervise, and coordinate civil

regional needs such as housing, sanitation, waste management, irrigation, and renewable energy
systems.
Plan, analyze, design, and prepare techno-economic cost estimates for civil engineering projects by
